Children love music, and we want to make sure there are concerts where they are welcome. Concerts for Tots are performances that are especially designed for young children and their families. We create fun, inspiring, and meaningful musical experiences where you can come as you are.
Our team at Concerts for Tots is a group of passionate people who are excited to share concerts specifically designed for young children and their families. As parents, educators, and professional musicians, there came a point where we wanted to find high quality musical experiences to which we could comfortably take our children. The idea of designing and presenting concerts and events made especially for babies, toddlers, children, and their families formed.
We are professional musicians, educators, professors who have performed and taught all over the country. We have years of experience teaching children music in the New York school system and we are forward thinking with our curriculum. We have performed with the Albany Symphony, Vermont Symphony, the New Amsterdam Symphony Orchestra, and the New World Symphony. Our players teach at The College of Saint Rose and RPI and our background includes degrees in music, education, and performance from Yale University , Columbia University , Indiana University, Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University and Princeton University.
